Alternatively you can just link to your page on Open Table, Urbanspoon, whatever your preferred reservation service is.
Or, you can handle reservations the old fashioned way. Create a dedicated reservation page using the feedback page type. The feedback page provides a contact form which will generate a followup for your staff, who can personally respond to each customer.
